Trade the trader,
not the market.
Deposit BNB and hold one token that tracks a famous investor’s disclosed portfolio. Burn it back to BNB whenever you like. No brokerage account, no market hours.
0.0000
Minting and burning cannot move NAV. Only the basket changing value can.
12 trackers. Every basket traced to a filing or labelled editorial.
Ordered by how the basket would have done over the last year. 8 come from filings a manager is legally required to make. 4 are ours.
Three steps, no fine print hidden.

- 01
Pick a tracker
Each one follows a disclosed source: an SEC filing, a legal disclosure, or an index we publish and label as ours. The holdings and weights are printed on the card before you spend anything.
- 02
Deposit BNB
One transaction into the vault. You get the tracker's token, minted at NAV, which is vault assets divided by supply and nothing else. Your signed minimum is enforced on chain.
- 03
Redeem whenever
Burn the token for BNB at NAV, any hour of any day. No lockup, no queue, no one to ask. Or take delivery in kind and keep the stocks.
The mechanics nobody else explains
NAV, and why minting cannot move it
NAV is the vault’s assets divided by the share supply. A deposit adds assets and mints shares in the same proportion, so the ratio is unchanged. Only the basket gaining or losing value, or fees retained in the vault, can move it. Both deposit and redeem carry a caller minimum enforced on chain, so if NAV moves between your quote and the transaction landing it reverts rather than quietly costing you.
The tokenized stock layer
Equities are held as xStocks, issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited. You hold a claim on a tokenized share, not the share itself, and no shareholder rights come with it: no vote, no dividend unless it is explicitly passed through. 617 underlyings are tokenized. None of them is a Chinese ADR, which is why no basket here holds Alibaba, PDD, NetEase or Baidu.
Coverage gaps, stated up front
Not every disclosed position has a tokenized equivalent. Where one is missing that weight is held as BNB rather than dropped from the basket. Every tracker states its split, and the legs with no token sit behind a button on the panel rather than being left out. One tracker here is nearly half cash for exactly this reason, and it says so in its first line.
Fees, and what they are for
0.25% on the way in and the same on the way out, capped in the contract rather than in this interface. The fee is also the arbitrage band that keeps any secondary market price tied to NAV, so it is deliberately not zero.
Rebalancing, in realtime
Every source is re-read every 30 seconds and a tracker republishes the moment the source changes. There is no batch window: our own delay is zero. What no tracker can do is beat a filer to their own filing, so the number that actually limits freshness is the filing delay on each card, and that one belongs to the filer.
Redemption reality
Tokenized equity liquidity is thinner when US markets are closed, and thinner on BNB Chain than elsewhere. Expected slippage is shown before you sign, not after. Redeeming in kind needs no oracle and no liquidity at all, which is why that path exists.
The moving parts, and where they live.
Every address here will be verified on BscScan. None exists yet, and each row says so rather than showing a placeholder.
Vault factory
Deploys every tracker. One contract, one code path, a different basket each time.
0x8012…3b25Tracker vaults
One per tracker, 12 published. Holds the tokenized equities and the BNB sleeve.
Not deployedShare tokens
One BEP 20 per vault. Supply is the share count, so there is no second copy of it to drift.
Not deployedPrice feeds
Pyth on BNB Chain, pulled per transaction, for valuing the equities the vault holds.
Not deployedWhat we can prove, and what we cannot.

None
The contracts are unreviewed. That is a legitimate state to be in and an illegitimate one to hide, so it is stated here rather than omitted.
BNB Chain testnet
No mainnet value has moved. The badge in the header says the same thing on every page.
12 published
8 are built from filings a manager is legally required to make, and each links to its source. 4 are editorial and say so on their own card.
No history
There is no track record, so no chart is shown. If one ever appears it will be labelled as a backtest or as real vault history, never as fund performance.
This is not an ETF, not a registered fund, and not investment advice. The protocol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any person whose disclosures it tracks. Token holders have no shareholder rights, no vote, and no dividend.
